Project Information: The project is located in the Yeni Foça neighborhood of the Foça district of Izmir Province. The buildings are built on 11 islands, including islands 10941 – 10943 – 10944 – 10945 – 10948 – 10952 – 10953 – 10955 – 10956 – 10957 – 10958, and the total project area, including road and infrastructure construction, is 500 decares. The project, comprised of triplex, twin, and single-family villas, is designed on 238 plots across 11 islands, and consists of a total of 457 villas. Main and secondary roads, wastewater and rainwater infrastructure, utility water infrastructure and storage tank, electrical infrastructure, and transformers are planned within this project.
