Project Information:
Anthill Residence, located in Bomonti district of Şişli district of Istanbul, consists of two towers with a height of 210 meters and 804 residences. The buildings are among the highest buildings in Europe and the apartments have a panoramic sea and Istanbul view. Apart from the housing towers, hotels, bars, social facilities, 40,000 m² closed parking, warehouses and technical neighborhoods with basement floors and 5,000 m² boutique bazaar are located in the residence. The smart home concept and emotional intelligence (EQ) combine, suitable for the installation of all kinds of home automation infrastructure, indoor sports areas, indoor ski slope, swimming pools, fitness center and social areas such as fitness center and spa. Since the 20th floor in the project, the Sea of Marmara, Islands, Golden Horn view, 30th floor and above the Bosphorus view starts, prices vary according to the floor, location and façade. 1+1 apartments vary between 86-88 m² and are 2 types: corner and intermediate apartments. 2+1 apartments vary between 99-111 m² and consist of intermediate and corner apartments, parent bathroom, wc+bathroom and single bathroom.
